Opening & Closing Meal Tickets

We will be holding meals before and after the Expo where Diamond participants and ticket holders can network in a relaxed social setting.

Seminar Sessions

The main purpose of this resource is education for visitors. However there are opportunities for sponsors to run seminars and capture visitors attention for a 3 hours period.

Meetups

Primarily a community resource for networking and sharing ideas. Again there are opportunities for sponsors to lead and host a meetup. http://www.meetup.com

Private Meeting Room

Access to private meeting rooms where suppliers can meet with visitors or other suppliers. Discuss sales, or strategic alliances with other suppliers. The rooms will be booked in 1 hour slots.

Expo Hall Stand

Varying size stands in the public expo area. Within the parameters of floor space assigned and health & safety participants can present as they wish. If you don’t have an existing Expo style stand GreatLink can provide one based on a specification you provide, or put you in contact with designers and stand manufacturers, on a lease or purchase basis. Guests can visit and get hands on with the solutions. Further discussions can be taken to a Private Meeting Room.

Business Analyst Briefing Time

This is time you as a supplier will be guaranteed to spend briefing the independent Business Analysts before the main Expo. So they have a deeper understanding of the solutions you are offering. Excluding sponsored Business Analysts. Business analysts will be the key people accompanying key visitors around the Expo, and having private meetings with them. BAs will be giving professional advice on how the software could be utilized in the context of their own organisation. Due to time constraints only Diamond and Gold Participants can have briefing time.

Sponsored Business Analyst

Have one of your own Business Analysts meeting guests on entry, and having the opportunity to give advice. This is a limited opportunity in an effort to keep the expo as independent as possible. As such only Diamond and Gold Participants can have a Business Analyst, with a maximum of one.
